A proven track record in creating and implementing organisation wide vision and delivering strategic leadership that has a demonstrable impact on learning community improvement and upon the outcomes and aspirations of children and young people, Paul's passion and philosophies are deeply rooted in a desire for all children to receive the best possible education regardless of circumstance. Paul is driven by the desire to challenge limits, to disrupt thinking and to sharpen focus and is the creator of "Accountability for Improvement" and the 4MAT Performance Canvas - the tools of effective accountability for authorities, leaders, CEOs and Trusts.

Paul is CEO of a MAT, a Chair of Governors of a Primary School, Chair of the local village playgroup committee and Leadership Fellow of St George's House, Windsor.

Work in the Education Sector has been a large focus over the last 15 years, working with Schools, Academies, MATs, Colleges and Universities. This has included establishing a business as a leading provider of web, digital, marketing and e-learning solutions in the Education Sector offering solutions that meet OFSTED requirements, adhere to legal requirements and add value to parental/stakeholder engagement on an efficient basis for each Educational establishment. Amit has worked with hundreds of Schools around the country and internationally liaising closely with School leaders, Consultants, Governing bodies, Parents and Pupils.

Amit is also a Trustee/Director of The Birmingham Botanical Gardens (an Educational Charity that receives thousands of organised School visitors per year) and a Committee Member of the Lord Taverners' Charity (an organisation that works with many Schools and Children around the Country).
